Metal box, painted black, hinged lid with handle on top. Lid and bottom edge of box are trimmed with narrow red and gold band. Interior of box is copper color. Has lock (do not have key). Each end of box reads: "S. V. Ry. deeds" in gold lettering. Was used by Sumpter Valley Ry to store deeds.
