White china plate with gold trim with picture of Baker Public High School stamped in color in center on front. Est. made between 1882—1900. Under picture of school reads " Public High School, Baker City, Ore." On back in center in gold lettering: "Made in America for the Hub Grocery, Co., Baker City, Ore." Back has two paper labels written in ink: "Plate must be 1882—1885"; "Plate from Fanny I. Hindman Kurtz, born 10/30/1874, grandpa Albert Hindman's sister."
