Base of the stamp foot has a backwards P or T etched into the surface. The letter appears to have been hand etched, sections of the etching have slipped. The foot connects to a round bead and the handle is green wood. The handle has a feather pattern sterling silver decorative piece attached to one side, and reads: "Sterling". It is rounded to fit in your hand and is connected to the wood with little nails and looks like the handle of a spoon.
