Description:
Base of the stamp foot has nothing visible, just a smooth surface. The foot connects to a round bead and the handle is a different metal, looks like aluminum, pressed with Fleur de lis, dots, vertical lines and a framed oval at the top. The very end tip of the sealer has an encircled glass turquoise bead that's inlaid in the middle. The metal looks like it may have once been painted white as white paint appears inside the metal creases.
