Also includes the conclusion of the Coroners Jury that the Spainiard called Tom died by strangulation. Jury included: W Porter, George Drew, David P Foote, J T Orcutt, JP Baker, and DB Scofield. Dated November 23rd, 1862. On the back he is call Tom the Mexican.
