Description WD Quigley giving testimony at Coroners inquest on the body of Tom the Spaniard(other name unknown). Also includes the conclusion of the Coroners Jury that the Spainiard called Tom died by strangulation. Jury included: W Porter, George Drew, David P Foote, J T Orcutt, JP Baker, and DB Scofield. Dated November 23rd, 1862. On the back he is call Tom the Mexican.
