Description Articles of incorporation for Tykles Pass Road and Ferry Company, John Brattain, George A. Tykles, John Brownlee incorporated on October 19, 1862, to construct a clay road from Pyles Ranch to Brownee Ferry on Snake River, and a point known as Tylle's pass, and to collect toll on aid road and ferry as the law permits. Stock $2000 with eight shares at $250 each. Filed April 18, 1863. S. A. Clark, clerk. Filed October 18, 1863. George A. Tykles, 2 shares for $500; John Brownee, 3 shares for $750; W. M. Powers, 3 shares for $750; by John Brownlee, agent.
