To Donate Artifacts

It is the policy of the Baker Heritage Museum to collect only those items for the Museum that fit the following criteria:
     Item holds relevance/direct link to Baker County history. It was used, owned, made by or associated with a person, place or event in Baker County.
     Item can be properly stored, preserved and protected.
     Item is at least fifty years old on the date of acceptance into the collection.

Exceptions may be made as appropriate to meet the Museum's mission.

The Museum may also accept donations of objects used solely for interpretive purposes. Such objects will be registered as donations to the Museum, but will not be accessioned or considered a part of the Museum Collection. (e.g. mannequins, cabinets, chairs, etc).
