Donated by Gene and Charlotte Hale. Made by Mollie Hale for Gene and Charlotte Hale circa 1940. Hand tied from wool scraps, some from old clothing with a flannel backing.

Front:
All wool, machine pieced in strips, no pattern
Holes in the top caused by needle pulling through, pulled some batting up, tied with cotton threads. Wool batting is .5" thick , no binding

Back:
Dark blue cotton flannel, 2 pieces. Pieced by machine
