An ivory dimask woven table scarf with decorative flowers and leaves in the center and a boarder of two similar braided strips with open weave sections on each short length. There is fringe that is similarly braided and knotted with a length of 5". The boarder design looks like rolling waves with dots above the curved sections and budding leaves at intersections. On the light side of the pattern there is a square white tag with a gold boarder a coral seal with shafts of wheat under a small scroll that reads in Latin: "Honorwrt D Tis Pramium" then description categories finished in handwritten ink.
