The title page has the title and reads: "or, Young American Afloat, A Story of Travel And Adventure, By Oliver Optic, Boston, Lee and Shepard Publishers, New York, Lee, Shepard and Dillingham, copyright 1866." The last few pages are ads for other published books by, Oliver Optic.
