Box; cardboard; green exterior, cream interior; handwriting in ink on one end reads,"Bowling Shoes CMX 3.50" handwriting in pencil crossed off the 3.50 and wrote "2.50" and wrote the letter "B" over the top of CMX; blue and white paper label on other end of box reads, "1000 No. 804P, Dennison's Watch Repair Tags 4001 to 5000, Dennison Manufacturing Co. The Tag Makers, Framingham, Mass. USA"; box lid is missing; purchased by Dick Haynes in 1975 with large lot of items in basement of Palmer Store at 1801 Main Street. John & LaVelle Palmer lived at 1504 4th St. in Baker City and both died in 1975. Their son, who lived in France, came to sell the contents of the store.
