Portland Harbor Souvenir Spoon. The handle's front has a 1" section of enamel, depicting a blue flag with white stars. There is a leaf and feather design around the handle's sides front and back. The back of the handle is stamped :"Sterling". The bowl of the spoon is engraved:"Portland Harbor" with an image of a harbor scene, low buildings, a ship at sea and one docked. The back of the bowl is smooth.
