Description:
April 15, 1899 Souvenir Spoon. Both sides of the spoon's bowl is gilt. The handle of the spoon has a floral design halfway down. The back of the handle is smooth and stamped: "RW & S, Sterling" with an illegible hallmark. The bowl of the spoon's inside is engraved:" April 15, 99.". The back of the bowl is smooth.
