Description:
Double size brass bed with four casters (three metal and one wood). The bottom section of the bed is painted green and the headboard has three brass knobs. The center knob is smaller and under the rod is a circle with a small screw—top bead. The green section (looks like it was dipped in enamel) has seven posts with Flure—de—lis tops linked to rod holes in the center of the front and bottom. The footboard is the same as the top. The bed frame sides attach to the headboard and footboard with puzzle like pieces. The box spring is held to the bed by large crossing metal beams that fit to the sides with hooks. The box spring has a hook in the opposite direction going up higher and hooking around a fabric loop. The baseboard is the same as the headboard, but bows out at the bottom of the vertical rods (bend out). The baseboard has five knobs (three smaller centers that connect to a circle; down like front and two others on either side have decorative bases like lamp stands.
