Cream colored plastic cylinder sewing kit. Base and top similar circle—step shapes. Advertisement piece on the outside of cylinder reads in blue ink: "Maud West Schroeder, Al Schroeder, West & Co. Inc., Funeral Directors, Ambulance—phone 77 Baker, Oregon." The top cap opens, reveals in the base a red plastic thimble that reads: "B & B St. Paul". The Base of the top cap has a rod, with red plastic at the base. The red base is a plug for rod and inside holds a needle and nail. The rod outside is separated with three round metal dividers painted gray, to separate (polyester?) thread (black, cream, white). The dividers have small notches to hold thread end in place.
