"Fort Columbia Signal Detail which I am in charge of just now but am looking for a Discharge soon as I have taken the examination for a Discharge. We will probably be sent to Fort Stevens tomorrow and then sent home. Hoping this finds you folks all in good health and still eating goose meat.
