State of Oregon Vs. Thomas Allison; Complaint by A. B. Roberts. Allison was to deliver a load of potatoes from Walla Walla to Auburn on or about Sept. 18, 1862. Roberts stated that Allison refused to deliver the potatoes according to the agreement: half of the potatoes plus freight in payment. Allison is suing for 18 gunnysacks of potatoes.
