Description |
Black and white photo of "Frank Kevin Laughlin (1908-1964) with his Native American artifact collection. He began collecting arrowheads at a young age and continued throughout his entire life. Laughlin worked as an Oregon State highway surveyor, his career in engineering exposed him to the vast back country that he would later map and explore to pursue his hobby. He had a great admiration for the Indian culture and often said if reincarnation was possible he would come back as a Native American." |
