Description 
Lady on horseback in side saddle garb. Man to left of hourse, and town pump to right Post Office Square. From 1863 until later in the 1800s, Baker City had no running water except Powder River and a few wind mills or ditches out of the river. Photo donated by Elsie Vandecar, Durkee. Received Dec. 31, 1980 by Jim Evans.
