Description George Eppinger suing Louis Kastner (spelled Costner on two papers) for the sum of $85 owed for labor performed between April 10 and September 1878. The defendant owed $195, and paid $109. Stern and Balleny attorneys for the plaintif. R. A. Pierce, attorney for defendant. Process dated from November 25, 1878 and January 1879. G. W. Parker, clerk. Witnesses, Hamens Ness and Chris Hinkler.
