Description W. D. Powers (may be W. R. Powers) is selling 1/2 of a mining claim to D. R. Maclarin, situated 3-4 miles above Gardiner's MIll on the N. Powder River ditches, for $1000, with $100 in hand and the remainder in installments, based on clean up of the ground, with 1/2 of proceeds to Powers until paid in full. If the debt is not paid, the property reverts to Powers. January 9, 1876 and filed Sept. 20, 1876 by G. W. Parker, clerk.
