Description Circuit Court, Baker County, Jan 2, 1874, George W. Atkinson, plaintiff recovered judgment against W. C. Rugh in the amounts of $94.25; $69; and $148. Due in "coin dollars," plus court costs of $15.07 on each judgment. All dated March 29, 1875 by Luther B. Ison, clerk, and writ was executed by J. M. Boyd, sheriff on May 8, 1875. Received by Moomaw March 29. Accepted by plaintiff's attorney, A. J. Lawrence.
