Description Judgment against Hiram Bardice for $1159.16 owed to the sheriff of Baker County for the Circuit Court, May 22, 1874. Interest at the rate of 1% annual, the sum of $48.05. D. R. Benson. Witnessed by April 1875 by Luther B. Ison, clerk. On back certifies that the defendant has no property, and June 1, 1875, J. M. Boyd, Sheriff, certifies that he cannot execute judgment.
