Description Richard & Archibald Downie claiming lakes at base of Old Baldy on the eastern slope, emptying into the head of McCully's Fork [claiming lakes, embankments surrounding the lakes, the right of way through the outlets, and all the waters of tributaries putting into the above lakes--purpose to construct a reservoir to store water for mining, mechanical and other purposes] July 7, 1875.
