Description State of Oregon vs. Frank Fulford and Warner Crow. W. B. Laswell, DA, defendants in default are liable for seizure of their property for the sum of $200, November, 1870, Samuel Fenneue, JP. Hiram Ollis charged with selling liquor without a license. His bail was for $200, and when he failed to appear, they were liable for his bail, the $200. Summons served by Sheriff James H. Shinn and R. C. George, Deputy. The action took place Oct. 1871.
