Description John A. Campbell indicted by the grand jury with Jonathan B. Stutsman, foreman, for selling liquor without a license on the Campbell Ranch. Witnesses: S. A. Clarke and George A. Coffin. Liquor sold on September 25, 1863. Also has a note to "hold to bail of $100 dollars," signed by C. R. Mecys, prosecuting attorney. Dated Oct. 29, 1863. Signed also by S. A. Clarke, clerk.
