Description 
Charles Ed Place indicted by the grand jury with Jonathan B. Stutsman, foreman, for selling liquor without a license on the Powder River. Includes a subpoena for I. B. Linn and -- Nichols as witnesses. Also has a note to "hold to bail of $100 dollars," signed by J. Q. Wilson, Judge. Dated Oct. 29, 1863. Signed also by S. A. Clarke, clerk.
