Description State of Oregon vs August Trunk, November 1st, 1868. Trunk accused of keeping grocery store/ lager beer saloon open on first day of week(Sunday). Witness for the State was John Vinton, WB Lasswill(District Attorney). $100 bail(sureity) from WG Wilson. Augustus George was foreman of Grand Jury. Filed November 5th, 1868 by JH Shinn.
