Description Auburn and Humbolt Basin Road Company articles of incorporation. Purpose: to build a road from Auburn to the old Emigrant Road where it crosses Rich Creek or Buck Creek, a distance of about 40 miles. Signed by D. Strong, J. S. Davis, H S. W. Strong, and S. T. Davis, Wm. Nalder, and S. A. Clarke, clerk. Date: Nov. 15, 1862. Filed same date.
