Description 
JH Ingraham 's Grand Jury transcript investigating Sheriffs department for careless management of accounts after his departure. His bondsmen are either worthless or have left the County. Grand Jury finds the Jail reasonably safe for holding prisoners. Signed by William Corcoran, Jury Foreman. Filed May 29th, 1866, by CM Foster, Clerk.
