Description Chauncy King vs Thomas Findlayson civil suit charging forceable entry. Packet contains supoena for witnesses: William Baldock, Joseph E Street, John Lierly, William John Dunn, EA Pierce. Packet also contains sheriff's department fees for serving supoenas and travel fees for 2 court appearances for witnesses and a bill for court costs. Packet includes motions by both platiff and defendant for the other to pay all costs. Filed February 9th, 1865 by CM Foster, Clerk. No indication of outcome of trial.
