Description Auburn, Nov. 24, 1862. David D. Drake has discovered heirs of John Desmond (intestate deceased): In Fall River, Mass., the mother as well as brother & sisters of the said Desmond, all of whose Christian names are to him unknown, that if appointed to administer upon the estate of the said John Desmond deceased, he will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer upon the estate of the deceased, pay the debts thereof as far as ..the law direct, and account for, and pay over all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge. Dated 24th day of November, 1862. Signed by David D. Drake, Samuel A. Clarke, clerk.
