Description Gimlet Creek water rights for Bossyns & Co, Joseph Bossyns, John Thompson, Jewett Harman, for a bed rock flume in Gimlet Creek together withthe right of dump on the ground vacant below the mouth of the flume, commencing at the lower line of Thompson, Frost, & Co. claims to strike bedrock at the lower end of said claims. J. H. Shinn, clerk. Dated Feb. 15th, 1869.
