Description Articles of incorporation, G. M. Glover, J. W. Hughson, John A. Johns, for the Grande Ronde and Boise Road and Ferry Co., to build a clay road from a point on the Old Emigrant Road some seven miles east of Grande Ronde Valley to a point on Snake River, about 10 miles below the mouth of Burnt River, and establishing of a ferry across Snake River at that point, to build a bridge across Powder River and to collet tolls on said road, bridge and ferry.
