Description Water rights, Humphries and Turner. James M. Turner, James C. Humphries, James Odell. Ditch three miles in a northeasterly direction from Mormon Basin. Said ditch to tap the east, west, and middle forks of Birch Creek and their tributaries and to commence at a point designated by a notice similar to this and have capacity to carry all the water of the above named streams and tributaries when at their highest point. Filed Aug. 28, 1863. S. A. Clarke, clerk, Feb. 24, 1864. Filed for record Sept. 11, 1863.
