Water rights, Martin & Co., claiming all the water of the north fork of Cow Creek for mining purposes. To be taken out of a ditch at or near the lowest cabin on said creek, the name of the cabin unknown. May 3, 1868. W. Martin, James Anderson, John Black. Filed June 18, 1868. Joseph H. Shinn, clerk.
